Samo samo!

By Harvey Teyler, WeatherBug Backyard Sr. Anchor : Alamosa, CO

20 hours a day of sunny/starry conditions allowing afternoon highs to warm into the 80s and cool at night into the 40s.  Those other 4 hours is spent are spent watching the thundershowers move off the foothills and disapaiting as they move across the valley.  We have not had rain for so long that I think I forgot what it smells like.  The outlook calls for more of the same with a slight increase in the chance of a thunderstorm.  When the NWS says 30% chance that means a chance of rain over only 30 percent of the area.  3 out of 10 chances you will get wet, not worth carrying an umbrella.  Have fun! :>)hat

Hot Hump Day

By David Donahue, WeatherBug Backyard Sr. Anchor : Buffalo, WY

We are expecting another very warm day with high humidity (60-some percent) thanks to Dolly down in Texas.  We already had a real thunder bumper pass through last night.  Well, here’s what our weather picture looks like…

Now, for the forecast…

Today’s critter is our Mourning Dove…

Happy Trails, pardners
